Mark Gorenberg is the founder and managing director of Zetta Venture Partners, the first early-stage VC firm dedicated to investing in AI-first B2B companies. He holds a BS from MIT (1976), an MS in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota (1979), and an MS in engineering management from Stanford (1984). Mark has over three decades of venture capital experience and has served on the boards of successful startups including Omniture, AdForce, NetDynamics, and Scopus Technologies. Prior to founding Zetta, he was a managing director at Hummer Winblad Venture Partners. He also worked as a software executive and entrepreneur, and was a member of the first SparcStation team at Sun Microsystems. Mark is the current Chair of the MIT Corporation Board of Trustees.
