Omar Tawakol

His career took a flight when he worked as the CMO & GM at Audience Science. Omar, later went on to become the co-founder and CEO of Blue Kai, Inc. until it was acquired by Oracle. BlueKai became the founding technology behind the Oracle Data Cloud and at Oracle he served as the SVP & GM of the Oracle Data Cloud. After that Omar became the co-founder & CEO of Voicea through its acquisition by Cisco in 2019. Currently he serves as the VP & GM of the Cisco Contact Center.
